Although the stigma around mental health is slowly dissolving, there is still a huge fight to be fought for men’s mental health. Here are the thought on it of my friend Joey from Concealed Voices and me and some help hotlines!
When you break your leg or when you are having a persistent cold, you go to the doctor. However, when something is not completely fine in the mind, a lot of people don’t go to a professional right away. Personally, I think it is very important that you do if you have the feeling you cannot deal with the problem on your own. There is no shame in asking for help, it even shows a lot of self-knowledge and bravery. But in some cases, you would like to start by helping yourself and I would like to help you with that! Here, I will post articles with tips on how to keep your mind happy, but also articles that show how fascinating the mind can be.
