Spicy spinach omelet
Time to have a nice breakfast at home? Try this delicious spicy spinach omelet!
So, for this recipe you need:
- Fresh spinach
- Parmezan cheese
- 2 eggs
- a little bit of chili powder
- Italian herbs mix (or oregano and basil)
- Pepper and salt
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- If you want, 2 crackers
First, you warm up some olive oil to shrink the spinach. Meanwhile, you mix up the eggs, cheese, herbs and spices. When the spinach has shrunken, you poor it over the spinach and bake it until it is sturdy enough to flip. Since the spinach is generally higher, you need to flip it to flatten the top of the omelet. When that side is golden, you flip it one last time until the other side is golden as well. Then, you plate it or you divide the omelet up in smaller parts to put them between two crackers for some carbs.
